Terre di Carmen is a farm located in southern Salento, between the Ionian and the Adriatic Seas, that produces pure extra virgin olive oil with hints of artichoke and almond from ancient olive groves fed by the sun.

In the online shop you will also find sun-dried pickled vegetables (such as tomatoes, eggplan, artichoke and local "cime di rapa", a sort of broccoli), olive paté, tomato puree and traditional pasta including handmade "orecchiette".
